*Private Starter PackageAn ideal way to experience all the benefits of STOTT PILATES, this package includes an initial 90-minute private session, which incorporates a full postural assessment followed by a Principles session. Followed by four subsequent 1-hour private sessions, which are tailored to suit your requirements. You might want to work on the Foundation Matwork or Reformer series of exercises or you may have more specific needs, possibly due to injury, rehabilitation or postural issues. This package would enable you to either continue with private sessions or progress to any Level 1 group session on the timetable. Note: We recommend a minimum of one pilates session per week to feel the benefits. Dress CodeParticipants are required to workout in socks or bare feet in all our pilates sessions. Those concerned about slipping whilst walking in the studio should consider wearing slipper socks with non-slip bases. It is important to wear comfortable clothing and layers for example tracksuit trousers or leggings and a t-shirt and sweatshirt. No riveted/studded clothing. Please remove your shoes before entering the studio. Terms & Conditions of Booking
1. All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance. Places are allocated on receipt of payment. Payments can be made by cash, in person during office hours, cheque or credit/debit card. Cheques are to be made payable to Pro Active Health Ltd. If your cheque arrives after the session has been filled, you will be contacted and asked whether it should be allocated to an alternative session or returned to you immediately.
3. Group sessions are booked on a first come, first served basis. Therefore, before sending a cheque it is advisable to call or email the office to check that places are still available. Cancellation Policy
1. A cancellation notice of 24 hours is required for Principles and Private sessions. Pilates Matwork classes outside the Active Pilates StudioOur studio-based sessions provide individual attention and correction and are limited to a maximum of 6 pupils to one teacher. In addition, we operate a series of group exercise classes (maximum 16 to a class) within the Aviators Health Club Group Exercise timetable. These cost £5.00 each for non-club members and require students to have attended a Principles session first. These classes do not provide personal correction and attention to detail. An instructor will be on stage teaching a group of students in the Group Exercise Studio (not the Active Pilates Studio). Bookings for these sessions are directly with the Aviators Club, please call direct on 01865 840893.
